About Us..

Hilst Housecall Veterinary Service LLC was established by Dr. Katie Hilst as a result of her desire to provide personalized attention to her patients. She felt the convenience of offering healthcare services at home and comfortable surroundings for her patients would result in improved diagnosis and customized care.

We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. We also work closely with local practices when special diagnostic procedures are required. Hilst Housecall Veterinary Service LLC will work with you to get the care you want for your pet. 

Dr. Katie Hilst is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin school of Veterinary Medicine. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Dane County Veterinary Medical Association, the Wisconsin Veterinary Medical Association, is an accredited Veterinarian with the United States Department of Agriculture, and volunteers her time with the Dane County Friends of Ferals.

Our job is not only to treat your pet when he or she isn't feeling well, but also to help you learn how to keep your best friend happy and healthy.
